Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries, processing requests, and connecting families with providers: consent and requested pre-contractual steps.
• Managing provider access and confirmations: performance of the provider relationship and pre-contractual steps.
• Sending requested alerts: consent, withdrawable from every message.
• Protecting the service and preventing abuse: legitimate security interests and compliance with legal obligations.
• Measuring use with Google Analytics 4: prior optional consent.

Recipients, processors, and transfers

We share an enquiry only with the responsible provider when appropriate. Processor categories include hosting, databases, transactional email, backups, and analytics, under the required processing agreements.

Google Ireland Limited may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards in its terms. We do not sell data or disclose it for third-party advertising.

Retention and rights

Delivered enquiries are initially retained for up to 18 months; pending or undeliverable enquiries for up to 44 days. Alerts remain while active, and security records only for the period needed to prevent abuse and meet legal responsibilities.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability, or withdraw consent, at info@tuocio.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Searches

Search telemetry does not store the text you enter. It may only record aggregate measures such as query length, result count, response time, and filters used.

Saved activities

You can save up to 4 activities in this browser’s local storage without creating an account. Saving does not send them to the server; when you open or share a comparison, the selected public identifiers form part of that URL so it can be displayed.

Technical logs

The server may temporarily retain security and operational logs, as any web service does.

Email and external links

If you email info@tuocio.es, we use your message to reply or correct a listing. When you open an external source, that site’s privacy policy applies.

Enquiries, demand and alerts

If you request a place, trial or information, we store the details you enter and share them with the responsible provider only after it agrees to receive enquiries. We do not ask for the child’s name. Enquiries sent to a provider are initially kept for up to 18 months; those awaiting activation or without a delivery route are kept for no more than 44 days. The confirmation email includes a link to delete them sooner.

If you save a zero-result search, we use its filters to prioritise coverage and initially retain it for up to 18 months. Alerts require email confirmation, include an unsubscribe link and are not used for third-party advertising.

Provider access and attribution

Providers use one-time links and secure sessions. Measured links record visits and enquiries attributed to the selected channel without building advertising profiles of families.

Analytics and contact

Google Analytics and optional search telemetry are enabled only if you accept analytics. We may measure aggregate listing opens, saves, comparisons, sharing methods, and contact types without sending search text, names, slugs, or external destinations in those events. To identify the arrival channel, we retain at most the external referring domain and bounded campaign tags, never the previous page path or query. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising profiles.
