How this course works

Band playing by level is available to pupils already studying an instrument and theory or showing the required preparation. Bandina, MiniBanda and Youth Band are stages of one ensemble family. Youth Band requires recorded excerpts and offers an optional Tuesday rehearsal, 20:00–21:30. Teachers assign levels. MiniBanda 2 adds a 45-minute ensemble session.

10 €/month. Registration €25 in the first payment, except for those who have completed professional music studies. Fees by direct debit. Optional instrument loan costs an extra €20/month. A second specialism adds €20/month and requires completion of professional year 2 or equivalent level in another instrument. Bandina 1, MiniBanda 1 and Youth Band 1 are tuition-free with evidence of studying the specialism at a public centre this year; Youth Band also exempts graduates of professional studies. MiniBanda 2 costs €10/month instead of €20 with that public-centre requirement.
